Welcome to Spark Haus, referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us.” These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and any related communications. By accessing our website or booking services with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. Services
Spark Haus provides residential and commercial cleaning services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information so we can properly deliver the requested services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled window, arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior appointments.
You agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, it may be treated as a cancellation.
3. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if the condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was originally described.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require deposits for certain services.
We reserve the right to charge for additional time or services if the job requires more work than initially expected.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate booking information, a fee may apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate booking details
Ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time
Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items
Inform us of any hazards, special instructions, or areas requiring attention
We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.
6. Satisfaction and Re-Clean Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.
We may, at our discretion, offer to return and address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case by case basis.
7. Damage and Liability
We take care to provide high quality service. In the event of damage, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty installations or materials.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other high value items left unsecured.
8. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the website to transmit harmful or malicious code
Misuse forms or submit false or misleading information
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time.
9. Communications
By contacting us or submitting your information, you agree to receive communications related to your service request, including phone calls, emails, and SMS messages.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

11. Service Limitations
We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or buildup, as some conditions are permanent or require specialized treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

We may use third party tools or service providers to operate our business, including booking systems, payment processors, and communication platforms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spark Haus from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or failure to provide accurate information.
