No, you do not need to be home. Most of our clients provide us with a spare key, garage code, or lockbox code. However, you are more than welcome to be home if you prefer!

Our Cleaning Services
Our standard premium clean includes thorough dusting, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and complete sanitization of bathrooms and kitchens.
A deep clean is much more rigorous. It includes everything in a standard clean, plus detailed attention to baseboards, interior windows, inside appliances (upon request), and hard-to-reach areas.
Yes! Spark Haus brings all of our own professional-grade, high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you prefer us to use, just let us know.
Absolutely. Our move-in/move-out services are designed to prepare a home for its next chapter, ensuring every inch is pristine for you or the next resident.
For the safety of our staff, we do not clean biohazards (mold, blood, extreme hoarding situations), we do not lift furniture over 25 lbs, and we do not clean areas out of reach of a two-step stool.

We strive to send the same cleaner or team to your home for every visit so they can learn your specific preferences. If they are sick or on vacation, we will send a fully briefed replacement.
Pricing & Payments
No, we do not require strict contracts for residential cleaning. You can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleans based entirely on your needs.
We require a credit card on file to hold your booking. Your card is only charged after the cleaning service has been completed.
We generally offer flat-rate pricing based on the size and condition of your home. This way, you know exactly what you are paying upfront, regardless of how long the job takes.
Tipping is never expected, but always highly appreciated by our hard-working staff! If you choose to tip, you can give cash directly or add it to your credit card payment.
Preparation & Policies
To ensure we give you the best clean possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and clear clutter from surfaces. This allows our team to focus on cleaning rather than organizing.
We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We love pets! Please let us know if you have them. If your pet is aggressive or highly anxious around vacuums/strangers, we ask that you secure them while we clean.
As a premier service, we stand by our work. If you are not completely satisfied with an area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean that specific area at no extra charge.
